The Brief: 

• To create a dramatic joint exhibit on behalf of BNSC and ESA, overcoming the challenges of the stand's position towards the back of the show area
• Presenting a striking theme around Mars, the Moon and the Earth

The Design: 

• Cook & Associates conceived an eye-catching design, with a dramatic blue edge-lit arch spanning the entire stand, together with raised walkways around the perimeter
• While visitors followed a specific route via the walkways, it was possible to access the stand from all sides
• Special feature areas included a "sun tunnel" and 3D simulator
