The Brief: 

• To create a high-impact Pavilion that would demonstrate the breadth and scope of the ESA's activities and how they affect daily life on earth.
• As a preferred supplier, Cook & Associates was invited to design the impressive 500 square-metre double-deck, focusing on a large exhibit area on the ground floor, plus a comprehensively fitted-out top deck complete with offices, conference rooms and hospitality areas catering for up to 40 people.

The Result: 

• Cook & Associates' design majored on an eye-catching LED wall, positioned at the front of the Pavilion as the initial visitor draw.
• Once inside the blacked-out Pavilion, visitors were taken on an exciting journey through space, illustrating the ESA’s range of initiatives and programmes.
• This was created with custom-designed Mars and Luna landscapes, state of the art plasma displays that delivered high definition, seamless images, plus interactive workstations and a fully-equipped theatre area.
