Building it up: Qatar Airways @ ATM

264 LED tiles, 72 flowers, 5 days of Build, one epic stand… all in just over a minute.

The creation of Qatar Airways at ATM took weeks of meticulous planning, continuous meetings and half a dozen people to turn our designer’s experience dreams into a beautiful reality. The operational and logistical side of the event world is one that is rarely recognised but is in fact the most important part of the show. There is a huge amount of people from carpenters, electricians and painters to Project Managers and AV specialists just a few of the people involved behind the scenes but are gone by the time you arrive at an exhibition hall full of gleaming exhibition stands.

Customer service and satisfaction is a prerequisite for every job we complete and is a key element that makes up our corporate personality, going the extra mile every time to make our client’s experience an outstanding one with full show support to ensure the whole event runs smoothly for our clients, wherever the location. This was certainly the case for Qatar Airways, in just under a week our team turned an empty space into a luxury 5-star experience, a high quality service for a spectacular result.
