Work

LexisNexis annual Customer Advisory Meeting (CAM) in London last month was accompanied by the weather of all 4 seasons as we delivered our first conference event of the year. With 200 years of experience landing LexisNexis as the world’s leading providers of legal, business and risk management tools, their ‘Connected World’ themed event attracted over 200 of its clients from the insurance industry and was a success in their bid to take their services further across the globe.

In the beautiful backdrop of the Institute of Engineering and Technology at Savoy Place, London, we designed an open and welcoming space to allow Lexis Nexis to register and entertain clients with food and drink in between lectures. In the Riverside Room on the top floor, overlooking the River Thames, we integrated a branded open reception desk tied in with flat-screen LED’s on a divider wall. With connected iPad and computer printing system, installed with Lexis Nexis’ digital content where data was recorded for later sales use.

Downstairs in the Maxwell Library, we installed a series of luxurious leather seating areas, bringing in the character and beauty of the room as another location for clients to relax.

It was a pleasure to work alongside LexisNexis for their UK event and we look forward to working with Lexis Nexis at more events throughout this year. If you’d like to find out more or see how we can help you with your next event get in touch with us here.
