This year the Southampton International Boat Show celebrated over 50 years as Britain’s biggest boat show with over 600 exhibitors and over 300 boats on display. We worked with two clients this year including a hospitality chalet for MDL Marinas and a stand featuring a stunning static boat display for ARGO Yachting in conjunction with Chris-Craft.
Celebrating their centenary year, A.I.A (Aerospace Industries Association) propelled forward with a chalet to match their values of credibility, integrity and responsibility. The chalet was split 50/50; half utilised as a central meeting hub for members of the A.I.A and half used as a hospitality area for the American Air Force Pilots to relax when not performing jaw dropping flight demonstrations!
We created a show stopping chalet for our client, Qatar Airways at this year’s International Paris Air Show. Host to the key players in the global aviation industry, the objective was to provide Qatar Airways with a bespoke hospitality environment. With a brief to cater for “VIP guests, which reflects our product, services, and ethos” we certainly delivered!
For Spirit AeroSystems we focused on creating an environment for professionals to network, exchange ideas and build new or maintain strong working relationships. The chalet interior displayed an array of impactful branded elements, providing the perfect setting for the hospitality conference, dining and seating areas. A central entrance was strategically positioned, to provide direct access to either the business centre or hospitality areas.
It was a dual success having secured consecutive tenders at the International Paris Air Show with client MOOG, along with the added delight of designing and delivering both a stand and chalet. Whilst the contemporary, visually on-point chalet catered for high profile hospitality, the stand acted as a product demonstration hub for those looking to delve deeper into MOOG’s offerings.

Our 20-year relationship with Crane Aerospace & Electronics continued with a space designed for valued conversations to take place. “Meetings are of the essence!” and with the key players in the global aviation industry in attendance it was important that the exhibit reflected that. From the exhibit approach visitors were welcomed by a free-flowing product demonstration area, eventually funnelling through to the meeting space.

Last month we completed our 19th year at EBACE, held at the magnificent Palexpo in Geneva. This premier event is the annual meeting place for the European business aviation community, bringing together business leaders, government officials, manufacturers and other business aviation professionals. Over the course of 3 days, EBACE played host to over 400 exhibitors and 13,000 attendees from around the world. This global event provided the perfect platform for our 5 clients to showcase their products and services with impactful exhibits.
The team have been dedicated to producing high quality results for our long-standing clients. The focus of this year’s exhibits was on combining exciting and welcoming visitor experiences, through creative layouts and immersive technology, accompanied by high impact static displays.
