As we all face the unprecedented situation with COVID-19, here at Cook & Associates we have put emergency contingency measures in place to ensure that we maintain full support of all our clients through this difficult time. With events all over the world being cancelled and postponed for an indefinite period, our priority is to balance our absolute commitment to client support with keeping our super-skilled and talented set of employees safe and well.
We are organising ourselves so that we can hit the ground running when the situation improves. To that end, we have decided to implement a new working regime from 1st April, on the basis of protecting our staff and business for the future. When we all get through this, our focus is to be ready for action on the international event circuit as quickly as possible.
We will be streamlining our office-based activity from the beginning of April, with our team working together to ensure that we can maintain a fully operational service at an appropriate level until normal business resumes. We will be implementing all the official guidance on social distancing, avoiding non-essential travel and wherever possible applying remote working to support this. It may mean that we take just that little bit longer to respond, but out internal systems are geared to being able to handle the most challenging situations, and our goal is to maintain business as usual while putting everyone’s health and safety first.
Above all, please rest assured that we will continue to support all of our clients wherever you are and we will be working alongside you without interruption.
